I'm Dranoj James A. Sorongon, an IT Support Specialist and Network Engineer with over 2 years of hands-on enterprise experience. I thrive in complex environments — from configuring VLAN-segmented switches to managing hundreds of CCTV cameras and delivering remote support to distributed teams.
At New Panay Agri-Ventures Development, Inc., I maintained a 98% system uptime across Windows environments, standalone applications, and network infrastructure — managing 500+ CCTV cameras, 200+ laptops and desktops, servers, access points, and more.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Iloilo Science and Technology University (2019–2023), and I'm continuously expanding my skills in Python, web frameworks, and Linux systems.
